What actually drives the price
Five things set the price of a mow, and size is only one of them.
Lawn size. A courtyard lawn under 100 square metres is the cheapest to cut. Once you pass 250 square metres the time roughly doubles, and so does the price.
Condition. A lawn cut every fortnight mows quickly and cleanly. A lawn left for two months is a different job: slower, harder on equipment, and often needing two passes or a staged cut-back. This is why one-off jobs cost more than regular visits.
